About Outreach Health Services: Company Divisions
The Community Care Services Division provides a wide range of services to our clients from personal grooming to housekeeping to skilled nursing - all in the comfort and security of their homes. The Family Health Services Division provides nutritional support and guidance to eligible women, children and infants along with immunizations, breastfeeding instruction and other services. The Home Health Services Division provides skilled health care for seniors such as nursing services, therapy and medical social services, all of which are performed under physicians' directions. The Pediatric Care Division provides home health services, including nursing and attendant care, for medically fragile children.
