Home Health Services: Insurance / Private Pay  
In addition to Medicare and Medicaid home health services, Outreach Health Services provides skilled home care and support services to persons who pay for the services themselves or are covered by third-party payers. We employ nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, home health aides and medical social workers, plus homemaker-companions who assist patients with personal care and daily living activities.
Outreach Health Services currently has statewide and regional contracts with various managed care organizations as well as other third-party payers. As different opportunities become available, we have adapted services and hired qualified staff to fit the needs of our patients and our payer sources. All services are available on an hourly or per-visit basis. For insurance cases, Outreach Health Services will verify the patient's coverage, including any co-payment, and bill the insurance company or other third-party payer for the patient.
