If you have a child with special health care needs, the Outreach Health Services Pediatric Care program may be able to help you.
We provide home health services for medically fragile children on a long-term or short-term basis, including skilled nursing and attendant care as ordered by a physician. Our goal is to provide superior care and support to children and their families, thereby maintaining children's health and preventing further hospitalizations. Working with families, we strive to help each child attain his or her maximum potential.
The Pediatric Care Program provides care to children who:
- are ventilator dependent
- have tracheostomies
- require phototherapy (newborns)
- require I.V. therapy
- require tube feedings
- require any other skilled nursing or attendant care
Outreach Health Services is a provider for several state programs for medically fragile children, including the Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) and the Medically Dependent Children's Program (MDCP). We also provide pediatric care through insurance companies and on a private pay basis.
