Essential Duties:
Under moderate to minimal supervision depending on experience and knowledge, the Office Manager/Intake Coordinator will be responsible for day to day operations, coordination of referrals, and perform insurance authorizations and updates.
Skill Required:
• Two (2) years experience as an office manager
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have good analytical skills with problem solving ability.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred but may be waived depending on
experience and knowledge.
