Essential Duties:
Answers all front desk incoming calls, taking messages and/or transferring calls to appropriate personnel.
Handles inter-office mail delivery and pickup.
Coordinates printing, copying, stuffing, and stamping of company mailers.
Assists other staff with projects as needed
Skill Required:
Under supervision, the Receptionist is responsible for being the first face and voice for the field support office, providing backup administrative support as needed. Predominant duties include answering all front desk incoming phone calls and transferring to appropriate extensions,handling all employee and client needs with care and consideration, screening phone calls for management, and greeting visiting guests. Assists with various administrative and data entry projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Must be able to handle multiple line phone system.
Must be able to organize and prioritize efficiently.
Must have strong computer skills, being proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MUST be bilingual English/Spanish
