Health Care Group Management, Inc / Outreach Health Services collects mobile phone numbers only when voluntarily provided by individuals and with the individual’s explicit consent. Mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver SMS communications related to Outreach Health programs, services, and interactions for which the individual has opted in, which may include employment application communications, onboarding activities, account notifications, service updates, and other operational or informational messages.

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist in delivering SMS communications and are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of the data.
